COVID-19 Update:
​We are Open!


Our goal is to always provide a safe and healthy environment for you to experience our services and enhance your well-being. Please be assured we are actively taking the following measures with you in mind. Feel free to ask us any questions on our practices and what we can do further to assure your comfort and safety.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience with our new policies and procedures as we re-open!​

What we are doing:


​We have heightened our already rigorous hygiene and sanitation practices, which already allowed 30 minutes between appointments. We will be spacing services out even more for the first couple weeks to ensure our staff have plenty of time to thoroughly clean rooms, complete documentation, and be relaxed and ready when you arrive.
Cleaning & Sanitation Practices
  • Clinic cleaning protocols meet or exceed all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation.
  • All staff are trained and certified in infection prevention and control practices.
  • We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting all high touch surfaces including those in reception areas, waiting areas, point of sale equipment, and more.
  • All treatment surfaces, equipment, tools, and touch points are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each client.
  • Clean, laundered towels and other linens are freshly provided for each service.
Use of EPA Registered Disinfectants
We are using hospital-grade disinfectants that are EPA and FDA registered, and approved for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. Powered by Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide, these products are also non-irritating to the skin and eyes, fragrance-free, and eco-friendly.
True HEPA Air Filtration
In addition to the medical grade filtration system that was already installed in our building’s HVAC, we now also have medical grade HEPA filters in each room and at our front desk.

What you can do:


Hand Washing & Sanitizer
All staff and visitors have easy access to hand sanitizer from ​automatic dispensers placed in the front entry, front desk, and in every room.  All employees frequently and thoroughly wash their hands following CDC guidelines, and we recommend all visitors wash their hands upon entering and leaving the building.
Face Masks
Out of respect for the health concerns of our staff and other guests and in alignment with the recommendations of the CDC, everyone is expected to wear a face mask. 
Disposable masks will be provided for a $1 charge, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Temperature Checks
When you arrive at our front desk, we will take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer. We also recommend that you self-monitor at home before your appointment, and call as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment if you have a fever or other symptoms. All staff also participate in daily health and temperature checks.
Physical Distancing
We are doing our best to limit customers in our waiting area to one at a time, and customers are asked to wait in their vehicle until their massage therapist is ready. As much as possible, maintain a distance of at least six feet from other clients and other employees. Please respect our team members' personal space at all times when they are not performing their services.

Screening for COVID-19 and other illness:


The day before your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to complete a brief health questionnaire to attest that you are symptom-free and confirmed ready for your appointment. Because massage therapy involves close physical proximity over an extended period of time in a closed space and there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19, we will also ask you to sign a consent waiver.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you begin experiencing symptoms after you submit this form. Hopefully, we can still reschedule the massage therapist with someone else on our waitlist, and we will reschedule you in a couple weeks.

If you are not feeling well, please do not arrive at our clinic!
In the last 14 days, if you (or anyone you have been in close contact with) has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms, please contact us to cancel your appointment as soon as possible.  Self-isolate for 14 days before rescheduling.  If you believe you need a COVID-19 test, contact your primary care provider for consultation and guidance.
Symptoms of COVID-19:
  • Fever of 100°F or above
  • Unexplained body aches or pains
  • Coughing
  • Sore throat
  • Shortness of breath
  • Non-allergy related runny nose
  • Chills with or without aches
  • Change in sense of taste or smell
  • New rashes or lesions
  • Unusual fatigue
The general rule for everyone is:

​If you are sick stay home.
If you have a temperature stay home.
If someone at home is sick, stay home.
​If you have allergies and sneezing, stay home.

Stay safe, stay healthy.

Service Updates


To ensure that every service or treatment can be performed while following the guidelines established to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have temporarily simplified our service menu. These changes better allows us to practice heightened levels of hygiene and sanitation:
  • We will no longer be offering appointments less than 60 minutes (except for 45 min Sports Massage).
  • Because a face mask is worn for the duration of the massage, safe face massage is not fully possible at this time.
  • We will not be offering aromatherapy during your massage at this time, but we hope to bring this back soon. In the meantime, we will be offering some great deals on products you can take home to enjoy!
We look forward to once again offering a full slate of services and amenities as soon as possible. 

Pricing & Discounts


We will be updating our pricing and discounts in the coming weeks and months to allow us to fairly compensate our team and keep our business sustainable while still providing high quality of service.  It's been more than 5 years since we have updated our pricing, and with the new requirements in place, it is imperative that we increase our rates in order to stay open. We will make an announcement and post updates in advance of any changes to keep you informed.

Cancellation Policies


We have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. 
  • If you are not feeling well, request that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule without charge.
  • If you need to cancel with less than 24 hour notice for reasons other than illness, any fees will be applied as account credit.
  • No-call, no-shows will still be charged for the full service.

Staff Cancellations:
We have instructed our massage therapists to stay at home if they are feeling unwell. If we do not have enough massage therapists available, we may need to cancel your appointment. We thank you for understanding that we prioritize the health and safety of our team and community.
