Important
When you arrive:
- Please wait in your car and call/text us at (608) 769-5882.
- Do not enter the clinic until we confirm we are ready.
- We will confirm your appointment over the phone and let you know if its ok to come in.
On your way in:
- As soon as you enter the building, use the restroom and wash your hands.
- Make sure you have your face mask on (preferably the style w/ loops behind the ears). If you forget yours, we will provide you a disposable mask for a $1.00 charge.
- Check in at the front desk to have your temperature taken. If your temperature is 100°F or more, you will need to reschedule your appointment.
- Your massage therapist will then greet you and lead you to the treatment room.
During your massage:
- Your massage therapist will briefly instruct you on where to place your belongings and how the treatment will proceed.
- Face masks must be worn by both you and the massage therapist. If you have concerns about breathing comfort when you are face down, discuss this with your massage therapist.
- After your massage, your massage therapist will briefly follow-up with you before directing you to check out at the front desk.
On your way out:
- We recommend that you use the restroom to wash your hands on your way out.
After Your Appointment:
The day after your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to submit private feedback for your massage therapist and even request a follow-up phone call with them if you have concerns.

CancellationsWe have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you begin experiencing symptoms after you submit this form. Hopefully, we can still reschedule the massage therapist with someone else on our waitlist, and we will reschedule you in a couple weeks.
If you are not feeling well, please do not arrive at our clinic!
