Even when slathering on that super ultra SPF110+, be wary of getting “burned”. Most of the claims of the major brands are absolutely bogus and shameless!
Even worse, most of these ineffective products are filled with toxic ingredients and known carcinogens. It is even estimated that more than half of sunscreens sold to Americans would never be allowed on the shelf in most European countries.
Be sure to check out the EWG's 2015 Sunscreen Guide before you head out this summer. Over 1,700 products were analyzed and rated for safety, and 80% contained dangerous, toxic ingredients such as retinal palmitate and oxybenzone.
Stay safe in the sun, and every body have a great summer!
